Animal Communication and Healing
About Me
My spiritual journey
Since a young age, I have been on a spiritual and healing quest, wanting to discover the mystery of life and the after-life through my meditations, the reading of sacred texts, and the messages of enlightened beings who have shared their wisdom and knowledge. Through my years of dedication towards my spiritual evolution, I was blessed with some experiences that took me through the veil of ordinary reality. These moments of grace made me realize the perfection of source energy, love, and infinite intelligence, leaving me feeling humble.
Moving forward a few decades later around 2011, with the help of my spiritual mentor I realized that I have an aptitude for healing and communicating with animals. My dog, Moka, started awakening this memory within me when I got him in 1999 but I was oblivious to what was truly happening. Many years later I rescued my two cats, Vayu and Sufi, and they have taken me further into my journey with the animals. A friend got me interested in learning the healing modality Kolaimni, this teaching resonated and felt effortless and natural to me. Kolaimni, an ancient Atlantis healing modality given to Mechi Garza, means “connecting with the light”. It became clear that my passion was working with animals as an animal intuitive, so I started to study with well-renowned professional animal communicators such as Asia Voight, Lynn McKenzie, Anna Maria Vasquez, Val Heart and others to further my knowledge, training, and abilities. I got to say though that my greatest teachers have been the animals that I have had the privilege to work with over the years, they taught me a great deal and continue to do so with patience and grace.
As my passion and experience with animals grew, I saw the benefit of natural remedies and I learned how to use essential oils and flower essences to enhance their health and well-being. I took online classes with Melissa Shelton, a holistic veterinarian, who basically only uses essential oils in her practice. I also study and experiment on my own and through dowsing and intuition I am guided to the right remedies for the animals I am working with.
I have always been active at animal shelters in my community; playing, healing, and comforting the cats and dogs that came through. I had the opportunity to assist with classes on basic animal training and individual training with a dog trainer for almost 2 years. The knowledge and experience I have acquired are helpful with issues that are related to a lack of training or education of the pet parents I work with.
Since I enjoy riding horses and was concerned with their physical pains I was inspired to train in the Masterson Method, a hands-on healing process for horses, intuited by Jim Masterson a well renowned equine trainer. As fate will have it, Jim happens to be living in my town in Iowa, USA and introduced me to his program. After moving to Salt Spring Island, Canada a few years ago, I continued my inquiry with horses and started assisting in therapeutic riding lessons with children with disabilities and did a first aid course. Working and learning about horses in this way established a new level of development and broadened my experiences; learning about leadership, confidence, and cooperation. This new venture got me interested in conscious equine connections, learning the power of non-verbal communication, body language, setting boundaries through mental focus, and how to approach the horses for mutual respect and cooperation.

I got my certification as a shamanic practitioner in 2022, so I can have more tools in my healing work. Shamanic work allows you to journey through the underworld to restore power that was lost or remove what does not belong in order to heal the spirit. Power animal retrieval, soul retrieval, extraction work, etc. are valuable healing ceremonies that I include in my work with the animals.
As an animal intuitive, it is a great joy to facilitate a conversation between human and animal in order to develop a relationship of mutual understanding and cooperation. I open my heart with a great deal of respect, humility, and a willingness to listen. This heart-to-heart love connection will usually result in the animal opening up and trusting me enough to share their messages telepathically through feelings, mental pictures, concepts, and words.
Our animal companions deserve our deepest gratitude and appreciation for the unconditional love and loyalty they bless us with as our teachers, guides, healers, and angels in disguise. With gratitude, I honor my human teachers and my animal teachers that have helped me grow on my journey. I will continue to serve you, connect with you, and heal you as much as you have done so for me.
